While the presentation is focused on M&A considerations, I think it is a good set of quotes for Marketers and Product Managers to embrace strategically, even if some of the personalities quoted might not be a traditional source for marketers to reference.

This presentation cuts to the chase with analysts, even if there are 2 number 7′s. So I'd maybe add a 9th - get someone to review your slides before you pitch an analyst.

A good synopsis of what technical debt means and what the debt could encompass from architecture to security. While the conclusion is a little light, the overview is good.

With 150,000+ miles in the air this year, I have good deal to be thankful for.   So on to 2012′s 100 things I'm thankful for so far this year.
